My opinion on the RA position

Being a Resident Advisor is a rewarding experience and I know I have learned a lot from it as well as gaining great friends in the process. The RA position made me better as a leader and taught me a lot more about time management. My biggest problem was communication, I have gained tremendous amount of knowledge and willpower to talk to people and start conversations. This position will make you become stronger in your weakest areas.
Tips on being an RA
1.       Get involved
2.       Take initiative
3.       Be enthusiastic
4.       Show your interest
5.       Be a team player
