Applications are currently available via the Nyumba Student Gateway.

If you meet the minimum job requirements (see below) and complete an application, be sure to keep Friday, February 11, and Saturday, February 12, free on your calendar. For eligible candidates, we will schedule individual interviews on Friday and group interviews on Saturday.

Minimum Job Requirements:
  • Possess a cumulative GPA of 2.3 or higher at the time of application
  • Maintain good disciplinary standing
  • Be able to fulfill all RA/RM position responsibilities as stated in the Work Agreement
  • Note that co-ops, student teaching, and/or nursing clinicals are not permitted
  • Limit outside work hours to a total of 20 hours per week
  • Complete the Peer Leadership Class during your first semester as an RA/RM
  • Purchase a meal plan if you are selected as a highrise or suite RA
  • Hold the RA/RM position as the principal non-academic activity
  • Seek approval for social, community, and/or extracurricular activities such as pledging a fraternity or sorority or holding an executive officer position
